ALLIS RANCH
The Past
Charles Allis founded the ranch around 1887, and after marrying Wilhelminia (Minnie) Steimle in 1901, they made the Historic Allis Ranch what it is today. Together with their 7 children, they raised prize winning beef cattle, Hampshire sheep, Shorthorn milk cows, pigs, and of course horses.
The Present
Suzanne and Dwight are honored to continue the legacy left by the Allis family. Together with 5 children, they raise beef cattle, Jersey milk cows, Nubian milk goats, laying hens, horses, and honey bees.
The Future
While the future is seldom certain, the Allis Ranch will always be an agriculture way of life. It is under an agriculture land trust easement and will never be developed for any reason. We are proud to continue the agriculture responsibilities of supplying our community with the freshest and highest quality of ranch products.
